About KlothKloth is building a new way to shop for fashion — where you can see clothes on yourself, try what you love at home, and only pay for what you keep.
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes fashion, creators and internet culture — someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, share something with a friend, comment, and eventually shop.
This is not a role for someone who just maintains a content calendar.
We want someone who wants to build a fashion brand people obsess over.
What You’ll OwnContent Strategy & Execution
- Own Kloth's content strategy across Instagram, Reels, Shorts and emerging social platforms.
- Build a high-volume experimentation engine across formats, hooks, creators, trends and storytelling styles.
- Develop recurring content formats that audiences recognize, love and come back for.
- Spot trends early and translate them into content relevant to Kloth and fashion.
- Write briefs, scripts, hooks and creative concepts — and execute them quickly.
- Track performance obsessively and continuously improve based on what actually works.
- Build systems that allow us to create viral content repeatedly rather than accidentally.
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
- Identify creators who are genuinely relevant to Kloth's audience.
- Own influencer outreach from first DM to long-term relationship.
- Negotiate collaborations, product seeding, barter and paid partnerships.
- Build a solid network of fashion creators who enjoy working with Kloth.
- Develop creative collaborations that feel native to the creator rather than like traditional advertising.
- Measure creator performance and double down aggressively on the partnerships that work.
Build & Manage the Content Team
- Hire and manage a team of content creation interns.
- Create clear briefs and workflows that help the team pro
