Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate to join the consulting team. The ideal candidate will lead and deliver high-impact consulting engagements across operating model design, Global Capability Center (GCC) strategies, process improvements, sourcing model optimization, and change management. The role requires solid analytical skills, client engagement capability, and a proven ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable execution plans for global enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
Consulting Delivery & Subject Matter Expertise
- Lead the design and implementation of operating models for global and regional functions, enabling scalability, efficiency, and innovation.
- Assess and recommend sourcing models (in-house, outsourced, hybrid) and vendor strategies aligned to business goals.
- Develop GCC strategies including setup, scale-up, transformation, and optimization.
- Drive process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Lead change management programs,
including stakeholder alignment, communication, training, and adoption tracking.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building trusted advisory relationships.
- Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and executive briefings to align stakeholders and secure buy-in.
- Present insights, recommendations, and roadmaps to C-suite and senior leadership.
Project & Team Leadership
- Structure, plan, and manage projects end-to-end, ensuring quality delivery within timelines and budgets.
- Lead cross-functional teams
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and skill development to team members.
Thought Leadership
- Contribute to intellectual capital creation, including frameworks, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Support proposal development, client pitches, and pursuit activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends in GCCs, operating models
