Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Executive Assistant to join our founders' office. This role is pivotal in supporting our founding team by shadowing the founder in strategic decision-making processes and facilitating extensive networking opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Support:Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans by providing research, analysis, and administrative support.
- Participate in strategic meetings, take detailed notes,



and follow up on action items.
- Conduct industry analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Networking and Relationship Management:Accompany the founder to various business meetings, conferences, and networking events both domestically and internationally.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry figures, partners, and stakeholders.
- Travel and Event Coordination:Manage all travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries for the founder.
- Plan and coordinate events, from small executive meetings to large industry conferences.
- Communication:Serve as the first point of contact for the founder, managing communications and correspondence.
- Prepare presentations, briefings, and reports for internal and external meetings.
