NThe Office Coordinator will support senior management with scheduling, meetings, communication, documentation, reporting, follow-ups, and day-to-day administrative and business activities.

- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments & schedules . N
- Handle emails, communication & correspondence . N
- Coordinate meetings, calls & business appointments . N
- Prepare reports, MIS, presentations & trackers . N
- Track tasks, deadlines, follow-ups & action items . N
- Maintain documents,records & confidential information . N
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients & external stakeholders . N




- Maintain and update Excel / Google Sheets data and trackers. N
- Support management with daily administrative & business activities . N
- Assist with planning, coordination & execution of management priorities. N
- Handle ad-hoc tasksand priority assignments as required. N
