THE ROLE

As a Google search ads specialist, you will own the day-to-day performance of campaigns across rapidly evolving digital monetization opportunities. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys moving quickly, testing aggressively, and making decisions that directly impact performance metrics.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

This is an end-to-end performance focused role - you will take ownership of the complete campaign lifecycle, from identifying an chance and building the campaign strategy to scaling it profitably.
- Conduct ongoing research into competitor data, keyword opportunities, and emerging trends to identify promising new monetization opportunities.
- Translate research insights into compelling campaign concepts and own the full build - from keyword strategy and campaign architecture to landing pages, ad copy, and ongoing optimization.




- Build and structure search ads campaigns with disciplined segmentation, match type strategy, and rigorous negative keyword management to control traffic quality and wasted spend.
- Identify weak points in the funnel and develop tests to improve landing-page engagement, conversion rates, ROAS, and overall profitability.
- Manage bid strategy selection and tuning (tCPA, tROAS, Max Conversions) and know when automated bidding helps versus when manual control is required.
- Leverage AI to run continuous optimization across budgets, bidding strategies, keywords, ad copy, landing pages, and campaign structures - enabling data-driven decisions at scale.
- Own the integrity of ad operations - conversion tracking, URL parameters, postbacks, and reporting systems - ensuring accurate, reliable data.
