The Role
We're hiring a proactive, on-the-ground Business Development Executive to drive HealthSigns adoption across Kerala's healthcare ecosystem. This is a domestic, individual-contributor role — not just about closing deals, but about being one of our most trusted sources of honest, first-hand market feedback as we work toward product-market fit. You'll spend as much time listening and reporting back what's really happening in the field as you spend selling.

What You'll Do
- Proactively reach out to clinics, diagnostic labs, home care providers, and hospitals across Kerala — via cold calls, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals — to schedule meetings and demos.
- Present and demo HealthSigns to prospects, tailoring the pitch to how each segment (clinics, labs, home care, hospitals) actually runs its day-to-day operations,



and adjusting your approach based on what resonates and what doesn't.
- Identify, qualify, and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through to close, keeping accurate records of stage, objections raised, and next steps.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and prospects, understanding their operational pain points deeply enough to know where HealthSigns genuinely fits — and where it doesn't, yet.
- Bring back honest, unfiltered feedback from the field — objections, feature gaps, pricing pushback, workflow mismatches — to the product and marketing teams. You are one of our primary sources of truth for what the market actually wants, not just what we hope it wants.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, positioning, and targeting based on real conversations rather than assumptions.
- Track and report on sales activity, pipeline health, and outcomes;
analyze patterns in what's converting
