N n About the Role
NWe’re looking for a US Healthcare Interoperability Engineer: FHIR/HL7 with hands-on experience in FHIR, HL7 v2, healthcare systems, and software development.
NThe role combines healthcare domain knowledge with practical engineering. You’ll work alongside our existing development team on custom healthcare software and EHR/EMR platforms, contributing to healthcare workflows, interoperability, integrations, and production code.
NThis is a hands-on engineering role. Candidates whose experience is limited to healthcare analysis,



implementation, configuration, documentation, or vendor coordination without software development experience are not a fit.
N n Responsibilities
N* Design and develop healthcare interoperability solutions using FHIR and HL7 v2.
N* Build and maintain production healthcare integrations and APIs.
N* Write production code for healthcare data exchange, transformation, validation, and messaging.
N* Work with EHRs, laboratories, pharmacies, clearinghouses, and other healthcare systems.
N* Understand clinical andadministrative workflows and translate requirements into technical implementations.
N* Design FHIR-based data models, APIs, and integration architectures.
N* Define and implement data mapping and transformation logic.
N* Develop integration workflows with appropriate error handling, retries, reconciliation, logging, and monitoring.
