The Assistant Business Development Manager (ABDM) is a field-first, player-manager role within Hopcharge' s Sales & Business Development team. The ABDM is responsible for driving CaaS (Charging-as-a-Service)subscription sales across Automobile OEM dealership channels, managing a team of Senior Field Sales Officers(Sr. FSOs), and ensuring consistent execution across lead generation, customer acquisition, dealership training, and operational compliance. This role demands equal parts field hustle, team leadership, and data-driven discipline.

Key Responsibilities:-
● Revenue Generation & Personal Sales — Drive daily subscription sales through dealership, RWA,
corporate, and workshop channels;
own personal monthly revenue targets and full-funnel closure from lead capture to onboarding
● Team Leadership & FSO Management — Manage, coach, and develop a team of Senior Field Sales
Officers;
conduct daily performance reviews, call audits, weekly one-on-ones, and structured action
planning
