NClient and Media Relations:

- Liaise daily withclients and media via telephone and email. N
- Build solid relationships and networks with colleagues, clients, and media. N
- Leverage existing mediarelationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media. N
- Promote news stories and features to the media and sell them effectively. N

nMonitoring and Research:
N● Monitor traditional andnew age media, including newspapers, journals, broadcasts, social media, and blogs, for client opportunities.
NMarketing Coordination:

- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and influencers. N
- Explore and create opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising N

nEvent and CampaignManagement:

- On-ground presence at events,



including press conferences and promotional activities. N
- Prepare presentations, campaign taglines, and interview responses. N

nContent Creation and Documentation:
N● Research, write, and disseminate press releases to targeted media.
NCrisis Management:
N● Support seamless crisismanagement and troubleshooting.
NClient Relationship Management:

- Ensure 100% client retention by delivering exceptional service. N
- Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction. N

nStrategic Planning:

- Assist in creation of quarterly and annual brand marketing strategies and roadmaps aligned with client business goals along with senior media consultants. N
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and offer relevant communication strategy recommendations. N
