- Lead the preparation and development of architectural design and construction drawings. N




- Analyze project requirements and participate in conceptual, schematic, and detailed design development. N
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and consultants. N
- Review architectural and engineering alternatives, drawings, reports, and specifications. N
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and company graphical standards. N
- Prepare complete architectural construction documentation and specifications. N
- Coordinate façade design, building systems, accessibility, and fire & life safety requirements. N
- Mentor and guide juniorteam members while ensuring technical excellence. N

- Knowledge of international building codes, fire & life safety, accessibility, acoustics, façade systems, and material specifications. N
