ABOUT US (Rotoris)

Rotoris is a new-age Indian luxury watch house building design-led mechanical timepieces for a globally aspirational audience. The brand is creating more than watches—it is building a culture around craft, ambition, individuality, and up-to-date Indian luxury.

Rotoris is co-founded by Aakash Anand—the entrepreneur behind Bella Vita—along with Prerna Gupta, Anant Narula, and Kunal Kapania, combining deep consumer-brand building, creative direction, operations, and storytelling capabilities. The watchmaking and technical development side is supported by horologist Harman Wadhwa.

Rotoris backed by a high-conviction set of investors and operators including Nikhil Kamath, Venture Catalysts, 100 Unicorns, Vivek Anand Oberoi, and Tanmay Bhat, alongside founders from standout Indian consumer and technology companies such as Noise, Mamaearth, Snitch, OfBusiness, Shiprocket, GoKwik, and Zypp.

Role Overview:

Own Rotoris creative engine end‑to‑end: define the visual and narrative language for reels/shorts/Long form content, lead ideation and production,



and oversee the in‑house creative teams (video, 3D, social) from time to time. The role will ensure that each piece of content feels premium, consistent, and on‑brand—while working closely with the founder and aligning with the Lead Creative Director’s overall brand vision.

Key responsibilities:

Content strategy & ideation:

Define the content pillars for Rotoris (craftsmanship, engineering, exclusivity, community, founder story, collector culture).
Build a rolling content calendar for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other platforms, aligned to launches, waitlist drops, events, and PR moments. Lead concept development for hero reels, micro‑stories, and series (e.G., “The Rotoris Room”, “People of ambition”, “Owner Stories”).

Production leadership:

Own end‑to‑end production workflow: brief → script/storyboard → shoot plan → art direction → edit → colour → sound → publish.
