We are looking for a CRM Manager / Executive to take complete ownership of our CRM system and ensure smooth management of leads, sales activities, follow-ups, site visits, and customer data. The candidate will be responsible for CRM setup, daily operations, reporting, coordination with sales & marketing teams, and maintaining accurate data throughout the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of the CRM software and its day-to-day operations
- Manage and maintain all leads received from Meta, Google, portals, website, WhatsApp, calls, and other sources
- Ensure proper lead entry, allocation, tracking, and status updates
- Assign leads to the appropriate sales team members
- Monitor sales team lead follow-ups and response time
- Track the complete lead journey:
- Lead → Contacted → Qualified → Site Visit → Follow-up → Negotiation → Booking
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in the CRM
- Track site visits, cancellations, reschedules, negotiations and closures
- Create and maintain CRM pipelines, stages, forms, fields,



workflows and automations
- Set up and manage lead integrations with Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, WhatsApp, portals, etc.
- Identify and resolve CRM-related technical or operational issues
- Coordinate with CRM/software vendors or technical teams whenever required
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly CRM reports
- Provide reports on:
- Total leads
- Source-wise leads
- Salesperson-wise leads
- Follow-ups
- Qualified leads
- Site visits
- Negotiations
- Bookings
- Conversion rates
- Monitor lead quality and source-wise performance
- Ensure no leads are missed, duplicated, or left without follow-up
- Maintain proper data hygiene and CRM discipline
- Train and support sales team members on CRM usage
- Create SOPs and ensure the sales team follows the CRM process
- Coordinate closely with Digital Marketing, Sales and Management
- Provide insights to management regarding lead performance, sales pipeline and conversio
