Overview

Objective & Purpose:
- The role is responsible for end‑to‑end planning and availability of Packaging Materials (Laminates, Cartons, BOPP Tape) across 4 Company‑Owned Sites (COSO) and 16 Co‑Packers, ensuring uninterrupted production, optimal inventory levels, and minimum write‑off risk. The role works closely with Supply Planning, Plants, Procurement, Vendors, and GP teams to execute MRP, manage inventory health, and support SKU transitions.

Scope:
- Packaging material planning for multiple manufacturing locations (COSO & Co‑Pack)
- Weekly MRP execution and PR‑to‑PO conversion in SAP
- Inventory control, SLOB management, and risk mitigation
- Support to SKU changes, innovation, and packaging transitions

Responsibilities

1. Packaging Material Planning & Forecasting
- Forecast packaging material requirements based on approved production plans and sales forecasts
- Translate supply plans into executable material plans for Laminates, Cartons, and BOPP
- Coordinate closely with Supply Planners, Production Planners,



and Plant teams to align material plans with production schedules

2. Inventory Management
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid production stoppages, excess inventory, or expiry risk
- Monitor daily inventory positions across plants and co‑packers and highlight risks proactively
- Track and control slow‑moving and obsolete packaging material to minimize write‑off exposure

3. Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
- Execute weekly MRP runs in SAP and convert PRs to POs in coordination with Procurement
- Strengthen SAP MRP discipline by improving master data, lot sizing, lead times, and safety parameters
- Plan replenishment cycles in line with production cadence and supplier capabilities

4. Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Work closely with Procurement teams for timely PO placement and follow‑ups
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure adherence to delivery schedules and quantities
- Support tracking of supplier performance on OTIF and quality
