Position Summary

MOBA Mobile Automation India Pvt. Ltd. is a leading provider of precision agriculture technologies, including Laser Land Leveling Systems, GNSS/GPS Guided Land Leveling Systems, and Autosteering Systems for agricultural tractors .

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, market penetration, dealer/distributor development, and current business opportunities across India, with special focus on Gujarat, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and South India .

The incumbent will work closely with dealers in Gujarat and distributor networks in other states to increase sales, generate demand, conduct product demonstrations, and strengthen MOBA's market presence in precision agriculture solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets across assigned territories.
- Drive business development and market penetration across Gujarat, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and South India .
- Develop and strengthen dealer and distributor networks , with a direct dealer focus in Gujarat and distributor network management in other states.
- Support dealers/distributors in lead generation, customer meetings, product demonstrations, negotiations, and order closures .
- Conduct regular field visits and promote MOBA’s Laser Land Leveling, GPS/GNSS, Autosteering, and Smart Farming solutions .
- Build relationships with farmers, contractors, agricultural equipment dealers, FPOs, government agriculture departments, agri-input companies, OEMs, and other relevant customers .
- Conduct product demonstrations, farmer meetings, roadshows, exhibitions, dealer/distributor training, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor act
