The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day operations for your clients - Formulate and implement monthly plans, strategize for events and activities, and cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and bloggers.

- Serve as the primary representative of the firm to clients, media, and vendor partners. N
- Develop and maintain robust, positive relationships with clients and media contacts. N
- Take full ownership of client accounts, ensuring you are fully informed on all relevant client details. N
- Handle media interactions, prepare pitch notes, and proactively monitor opportunities for client placements N
- Review and finalize allclient documentation, including press releases, plans, and reports, in collaboration with your supervisor. N
- Ensure strict adherenceto all deadlines and client deliverables. N




- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and insights through various channels. N
- Stay well-informed about industry developments that impact clients and use this knowledge to enhance client engagements. N

- Analyze trends in traditional and digital media to identify new opportunities for client exposure. N
- Monitor and analyze media coverage of your clients, ensuring comprehensive tracking. N
