Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our recruitment team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing, Screening, Interview Coordination, and Recruitment Operations .
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in building a career in HR and Recruitment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Search and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to eligibility criteria
- Conduct initial screening calls and explain job opportunities to candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates




- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support the recruitment team in achieving daily and weekly hiring targets
- Maintain professional communication with candidates
- Assist with day-to-day recruitment and HR activities

Candidate Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Any Graduate can apply
- MBA – HR candidates preferred
- Freshers are welcome
- Prior internship or recruitment experience will be an added advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and Email
- Positive interpersonal and convincing skills
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Chennai candidates preferred
