n The Role
nThe General Manager is at the centre of how Brine operates and how it feels.
nYou’ll own the day-to-day running of Brine, from service and operations to guest experience, team culture and standards. You’ll need to be equally comfortable looking at a P&L;, fixing an operational gap, dealing with a difficult guest and spending time with the team on the floor.
nThis is a role for someone who understands that good hospitality starts with how you treat your own people.

- Own the day-to-day running of the restaurant and barn
- Build and maintain the systems and processes that keep service consistentn
- Work across rosters, SOPs, checklists, inventory, cost controls and daily operationsn
- Identify where things are relying on memory or individual effort and build better systems around themn
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to make sure the entire experience works as onen
- Keep the restaurant audit-ready and maintain high standards across hygiene, safety and compliancen
