Responsibilities:

- Utilize Available Resources: Collaborate with the manager to brainstorm and find effective solutions, reference past studies, and leverage their findings, and utilize best practice guides to optimize work processes.
- Understand Data Quality Procedures: Recognize the purpose of each QC check, incorporate them into study protocols, review QC results, and discuss them with senior field personnel for continuous improvement.




- Provide Input on Study Execution: Conduct comprehensive reviews of screeners and questionnaires, make constructive suggestions, manage progress reporting effectively, and actively attend and contribute to ALERT meetings.
- Demonstrate Strong Project Management Skills: Understand complex online and qualitative research methods, generate comprehensive progress reports, identify project-related problems and provide solutions, and ensure cost control within or below the assigned budget
- Robust Communicator: Foster effective communication, maintain open communication channels between field, project, and vendor teams, and deliver information in a timely manner that is actionable.
