Core Responsibilities
- Work closely with departmental senior management, providing analyses of revenue, operational margin, labor, expenses and capital to help drive business activities toward achieving financial goals, while leading discussions to drive smart business decisions
- Work with managers across the organization to ensure internal/operational financial views are accurate and relevant (Revenue, Margins, OPEX, headcount)
- Contribute to the annual planning process, primary owner for financial output
- Support ongoing reviews of business operations and process improvement initiatives
- Support worldwide financial planning, including budgets, headcount, forecasts and variance analysis repor
