We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer with hands-on experience in the semiconductor domain and ATE (Automated Test Equipment) . The ideal candidate should have experience in ATE test program development, silicon validation, device characterization, hardware debugging, and wafer/final testing.
Experience with Teradyne, Advantest, NI Cohu , and preferably V93K is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed test procedures based on device datasheets and project requirements.
- Develop, debug, and optimize ATE test programs for wafer sort and final/package testing.
- Perform first-silicon verification, device bring-up, debugging, and validation using ATE and bench equipment.
- Conduct device characterization across temperature, voltage, and process corners.
- Design and develop test hardware such as load boards, bench boards, qualification boards, and probe cards .
- Work closely with Design and DFT teams throughout the product development and testing lifecycle.
- Support the release of production-quality wafer and final test programs.
- Perform hardware bring-up,



debugging, characterization, and root-cause analysis.
- Prepare test plans, execute test cases, document results, and generate technical reports.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and provide project updates.
- Ensure testing activities and project deliverables are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills
- 1.5–5 years of experience in semiconductor testing / product engineering / ATE testing .
- Hands-on experience with ATE platforms such as Teradyne, Advantest, or NI Cohu .
- Advanced knowledge of ATE testers; V93K experience is preferred .
- Robust fundamentals of electronics with knowledge of digital, analog, and mixed-signal concepts .
- Experience in board bring-up, hardware debugging, and silicon validation .
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, JTAG, and CAN .
