n Main Responsibilities
n• Regularly update the business plan based on deep knowledge of industry structure and
ntrends, customer structure and needs, local competition, complete local market
nanalysis and group level product strategy. Capability, patience and perseverance to
ngrow and develop a customer to a prospect specially in MSME Segment in B2B sales.
n• Develop strong relationships as a trusted advisor with all customers. will be responsible
nto achieve the sales target set for the region.
n• Define the promotional needs,



plan and organize local exhibitions, seminars and
nproduct presentation/promotion.
n• Constantly watch for new trends and evolution. Report the business situation
nappropriately and periodically.
n• Developing professional business relationships at all management levels. This can be
ndone both externally and internally.
n• Preparation of the market, industry, and competitor data analysis.
n
n Critical Skills and Personal Attributes
n• Must have worked in front line Sales in B2B, preferably in SME/MSME segment.
n• Candidate must have exposure to the Versatile packaging / converting industry, North
nIndia
n• Good command on English (Written and Spoken) and strong presentation skills
n• Must be ready to travel extensively.

n Education and Experience
n• Diploma/bachelor's in engineering and/or MBA Mktg
n• Having minimum 7+ years of experience in selling Engineering equipment, High valu
