We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions , designing end-to-end solutions , and ensuring seamless technical implementation . This role requires solid technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and end-to-end solutions .
- Assess and explore alternative solutions, evaluating the feasibility, pros/cons, and potential risks to ensure the best course of action.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to fully understand their needs and transform them into effective technical solutions.
2. Technical Implementation
- Assist in the planning and execution of technical implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead functional validation to confirm that the technical solutions meet the business requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the solution from start to finish.
3. Troubleshooting and Resolution
- Assist in root cause analysis and the resolution of discrepancies that arise during the implementation phase.
- Provide technical assistance and support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the solution is functioning as intended.
- Address and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions to the project timeline.
4. Documentation
- Maintain and update documentation throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring it is accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with the evolving project needs.
- Ensure that technical solutions are fully documented, including design decisions, implementation steps, and troubleshooting processes.
5. Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including business stakeholders, developers, and QA engineers) to ensur
