We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Internal Communications Specialist to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping how our employees connect with our company's vision, values, and strategic initiatives . Using your expertise in communication design , information design , and branding , you will craft compelling, visually engaging, and effective internal communications that drive engagement, alignment, and a cohesive company culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Internal Communications Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies that align with business objectives and foster a connected and informed workforce.
- Manage and execute internal communication campaigns across various channels such as the intranet , email , town halls , newsletters , and digital signage .
- Craft clear, concise, and engaging messaging for diverse internal audiences, tailoring the content to ensure relevance and clarity.




- Collaborate with various departments to gather information and translate complex topics into easily digestible content.

2. Communication Design & Branding
- Lead the design and development of visually appealing and on-brand internal communication materials.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice , messaging, and visual identity across all internal communications.
- Develop and maintain internal branding guidelines to ensure cohesive and professional representation across all communication platforms.

3. Information Design & Visualization
- Transform complex data and information into clear, compelling, and actionable visual formats.
- Utilize infographics, charts , and other visual tools to enhance understanding and engagement, making communication more interactive.
- Simplify intricate processes and concepts using effective information design principles to ensure clarity and retention of information.

4. Presentations & Designing
