Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Operational Executive to join our operations team. The role involves data entry, customer verification, documentation, MIS updates, and coordination with internal teams.
Candidates should have valuable computer knowledge, typing accuracy, and proficiency in Telugu, including speaking, reading, and writing .
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end data entry operations with high accuracy
- Maintain and update records, databases, and MIS reports
- Support customer interaction and coordination through a non-voice process
- Perform customer verification and validation activities
- Ensure accurate data management and proper documentation




- Assist in preparing daily and weekly operational reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operational workflow
- Monitor data quality and maintain confidentiality of information
- Support the team in achieving daily operational targets
- Identify data errors and ensure timely correction
- Follow standard operating procedures and process guidelines

Candidate Requirements
- Any Graduate can apply
- Freshers are welcome
- Telugu – Must be able to Speak, Read & Write
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
- Good typing speed with accuracy
- Ability to handle large volumes of data
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of data entry and documentation
- Willingness to work in the 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM morning shift
- Ability to meet daily operational targets
- Chennai candidates preferred
