We are looking for a CRE Shared Services Assistant is part of a central team and provides support to multiple Workspace Teams across different regions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead on specific aspects of day-to-day workspace services to drive quality and performance standards to provide customer-focused, cost-effective, and efficient workspace support service across multiple locations and regions.
Role Overview / Purpose:
The CRE Shared Services Assistant provides centralized operational and administrative support to the global Corporate Real Estate (CRE) organization, which includes CRE Operations, CRE Infrastructure, and CRE Risk & Compliance. This role is vital in maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across procurement, financial tracking, utilities management, event coordination, and reporting.



You will collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, and CRE teams across regions to ensure seamless service delivery and data consistency. The position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented skilled who wants to grow in corporate operations, reporting, and digital process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Financial Support
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for all CRE teams globally using Oracle iProcurement.
- Support cost centre mapping, GL code setup, and ensure financial data alignment with Procurement and Finance.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and supplier
