Job Description: Social Media Manager - Mumbai
Full-time role as Social Media Manager for Vygr Media
We are a Media House looking for a sharp, creative and highly accountable Social Media Manager with previous experience managing social media accounts for brands . The role involves taking ownership of social media strategy, content planning, execution and growth for multiple client brands across platforms.
This is a Mumbai-based, full-time work-from-office position . It is an extremely critical role within the organization , so we are looking for someone who is serious about building brands through social media and can independently manage clients, content and campaigns.
We are based in Powai, Saki Vihar Road.
Location: Mumbai (Full-time, In office)
Department: Social Media & Brand Communications
Reports To: Founder / Social Media Head
Experience: 4–5 years (Agency/Media/Marketing background preferred)
Salary: According to Industry Standards
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 11 AM – 6 PM, Saturdays (if required, but on WFH)
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple client brands.
- Build monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives, campaigns and business goals.
- Identify content opportunities, trends, formats and conversations relevant to each brand.
- Develop platform-specific strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
Content & Execution
- Own the social media execution process from ideation to publishing .
- Write or oversee captions, post copy, reels, carousels, stories and other social formats.
- Brief designers, video editors and content creators and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity and messaging across platforms.
- Ensure content is accurate, relevant, engaging and aligned with client objectives.
