ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a agile Inside Sales Intern to support revenue growth by
identifying, engaging, and closing deals with businesses seeking cutting-edge
cloud telephony, CPaaS and CCaaS solutions. You will play a key role in
expanding our customer base, nurturing relationships, and positioning our
platform as the go-to solution for seamless communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Lead Qualification & Nurturing – Identify potential customers among inbound
leads via calls and emails.





* Consultative Selling – Understand client needs and present tailored
communication solutions, including VoIP, Voice, Conversational AI (Chatbots
and Voicebots), messaging, and Enterprise Contact Centre software. Ability to
hand-hold customers through the integration process.

* Product Demonstrations – Assist in virtual demos and showcase how our
solutions improve business communication.

* Solutioning - Determine and pitch the right feature/product/solution for
customers’ needs and ability to configure/hand-hold the customer in the
integration process.

* Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate records in the CRM, track leads, and
follow up to move prospects through the sales funnel.

* Collaboration – Work closely with customer success and technical support
teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for customers.

* Negotiation & Closing – Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and
deal closures.
