Job Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities:

1. To Coordinate between Design, Planning, Contracts, Procurement, Estimation and Construction functions for
large sized projects with the objective of ensuring timely completion of the project plan and proper synchronization
between functions.
• Design coordination with Architects/Engineering
• Coordination with Estimation to ensure that what is planned is budgeted & track project costs during the
project and identify future tracking to budget
• Coordination with Contracts to finalize the Technical Specifications – BOQ primarily for Services.
• Coordination with Liaison and support in terms of drawings required for submission for statutory approvals.
• Coordination with Project sites for finalization of Sales office/sample flats.

2. Track schedules along with Planning Department and coordinate with site to tie loose ends. Ensure no
bottlenecks foe timely delivery of project, close monitoring progress of project for completion of milestones

3. Review of pre-construction project for timely launch of project

4.



Provide technical support to quality team to finalize checklist of recent works / activities.

5. Prepare SOP’s for standardization of processes

6. Prepare reports and MIS to the Management on time and cost impact of changes or delays in approvals,
construction or sales in order to assist Management in taking suitable decisions.

7. To track billing and payment of consultants and vendors

8. Preparation & updation of business plan and Cashflow.

9. Preparation of reports for Lenders

10. Gather and synthesize data from various systems in all departments and build data models for variety of
business and real estate related decisions

11. Incorporate real estate market surveys, financial analysis and pros vs cons assessments into executive
presentations.
