What Must You Have
Technical Expertise
- Deep knowledge of full-stack web development and backend systems.

- Proficiency in technologies like Redis, Kafka/Pub/Sub, MySQL , and job schedulers.

Educational Background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Robust foundation in OOP, system design, concurrency , and CS fundamentals .

- Experience building and operating large-scale backend systems with high reliability and performance.

Hands-On Leadership
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, Preferrable 1+ years in a lead or mentorship role .
- Actively involved in coding, reviews, and system design discussions.
- Ability to drive product direction through technical decisions.
