Role

As the Office Executive you will be part of the Corporate Admin & Facility Manageemnt function and will report to the Lead - Travel & Facility Management. The purpose of your role will be to to ensure front office management & facilitation / coordination of resources (Meeting rooms) & respective hospitality support; Manage local surface transport services, Visitor(s) / Guest Management & prepare / share timely MIS.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Management of Front Office, Meeting Rooms & Visitors Management & allied hospitality services - 30%
2. Management of employee's surface transportation requirements : Radio Taxi services / Corporate dashboards - 30%
3. Policy Compliance & Reporting - 25%
4. MIS Data Analytics / Bills & payments / Dashboard - 15%
A Day in the life

The purpose of your role will be to ensure seamless front office operations. This includes managing meeting room logistics and hospitality,



coordinating local transport, overseeing visitor management, and preparing key MIS reports.
Academic Qualification & Experience
- MBA (Travel & Hospitality Services)
- 5 years of Qualified Experience
Technical Skills/Knowledge

Managing & effective usage of Computer & EPABX, Online tools & applications ie. VM, etc.
Behavioural Skills

Interpersonal, logistics management Communication & Listening skills
