This role is crucial for delivering structured weekly training sessions across key operational functions , facilitating learning on process workflows and business applications, and enhancing essential behavioral skills among our teams.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured weekly training sessions across key operational functions.
- Facilitate sessions on process workflows, proprietary business applications, and behavioral skills such as communication, empathy, accountability, and collaboration.
- Manage training logistics.
- Conduct assessments .
- Maintain records .
- Report feedback and learning outcomes.

Skills & Requirements:
- Robust facilitation skills.
- Learning mindset and the ability to simplify complex processes.
- Experience in behavioral training, content development, and adult learning principles is desirable.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential.
- Must be willing to travel.
