Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of management control for facilities at the NTT DATA site during assigned shifts.
- Ensure consistent communication with the client team and exceed key performance indicators through proactive engagement.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Lead and manage high-performing facility management teams.
