Role Description The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding Techtroma’s presence in the training and education market. This on-site role, based in Bengaluru, involves meeting prospective clients, presenting training solutions, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor offerings to client needs. The Business Development Manager will monitor market trends, prepare sales proposals,



maintain a sales pipeline, and provide regular performance reports to leadership. The role also includes representing Techtroma at events, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and supporting strategic partnerships that align with the company’s long-term objectives.
Qualifications
Experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in training, education, or professional services.
Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze business opportunities, and develop growth strategies.
Proficiency in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales documentation using standard office and collaboration tools.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet targets.
