About the job:
Intern Profile:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic candidate who can identify potential artists through social media platforms, shortlist relevant profiles, connect with them through calls/messages, and onboard them to the Artistspedia platform.

Preferred Intern Profile:
Graduate in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in social media research, telecalling, lead generation, recruitment, artist management, or business development.
Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident in making calls and following up with prospects.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Good research and profile-evaluation skills.
Interest in the entertainment, music, or creative industry.
Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
Freshers with good communication and social media knowledge can also apply.

Job Responsibilities:
Research and identify singers, musicians, dancers, actors, influencers, DJs, bands, comedians, models, and other artists through social media platforms.




Shortlist artists based on profile quality, content, engagement, followers, location, category, and overall potential.
Verify basic artist information and maintain an updated artist database.
Contact shortlisted artists through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other communication channels.
Explain Artistspedia’s platform, services, and benefits to artists.
Convince and assist interested artists with the registration/onboarding process.
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested artists.
Maintain daily records of profiles researched, artists contacted, interested leads, and successful registrations.
Identify new and emerging artists and continuously expand the artist database.
Filter out fake, inactive, duplicate, or irrelevant profiles.
Achieve daily and monthly research, calling, and onboarding targets.
