Pay: 15,000 to 25,000 per month for part time hours, scope-based. A defined sprint starts the engagement; ongoing part-time follows for the right person.

GAJAN Group Holdings runs eleven businesses across commerce, software and services from Mohali and Toronto: e-commerce brands, a beauty services brand in Canada, a travel agency, B2B software.

WHAT THIS JOB IS

You own our marketing systems end to end: one owner, one nervous system. Conversion tracking (server-side first: Meta CAPI, GTM server containers, GA4, event deduplication, reconciling platform claims against store and bank), our GoHighLevel CRM (pipelines, workflows, booking calendars), lifecycle marketing (Klaviyo flows and campaigns), retargeting audiences synced to Meta and Google, deliverability hygiene, and the documentation that makes it all maintainable. These were three roles; they are one because they are one system: the events tracking captures are the triggers the CRM and flows fire on, and the audiences retargeting spends against.





WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Set up and maintain server-side tracking: GTM server containers, Stape or equivalent, Meta CAPI with deduplication, GA4
- Reconcile platform numbers against store and bank revenue, weekly, in writing
- Audit and rebuild GHL pipelines for hiring, bookings, travel inquiries and sales follow-up
- Build workflows with branching logic, failure states, and alerts when something silently breaks
- Own lifecycle marketing: Klaviyo flows and campaigns (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback)
- Build and maintain retargeting audiences with exclusions that save money
- Keep communication channels clean: WhatsApp, SMS, email, A2P registration, deliverability
- Document every pipeline, flow, audience and tracking setup as you build
