Role Description The Talent Manager role at Musical Dreams is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi.



The Talent Manager will oversee the identification, onboarding, and development of artists across music, dance, drama, and other performance disciplines. Typical responsibilities include scouting recent talent, managing artist rosters, coordinating auditions and rehearsals, and aligning artists with suitable events, shows, and brand collaborations. The role involves negotiating and managing contracts, maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and ensuring smooth communication between artists, production teams, and event organizers. The Talent Manager will also support career planning for artists, track performance outcomes, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance the company’s talent pipeline and brand presence.
Qualifications
Talent scouting and artist management skills, including experience working with performers in music, dance, drama, or related fields.
