About The Role

Our client, a leading organization in the IT Networking, Wireless, Telecom, ISP, VoIP, and Enterprise Distribution sector, is looking for an experienced and target-oriented AM Sales/Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand its customer and channel partner network.

What you'll do

The AM Sales/Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing channel partnerships, managing key customers, generating new business, and driving sales growth across the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate should have strong B2B and channel sales experience, good knowledge of IT networking and telecom products, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage and lead a sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Develop and execute sales plans for the assigned territory and product categories.

Identify and acquire new customers, dealers, distributors, channel partners, system integrators, ISPs, and enterprise accounts.

Manage existing customers and generate repeat business.





Drive upselling, cross-selling, and new product sales.

Maintain the sales pipeline, quotations, follow-ups, order status, and closure reports.

Develop and maintain solid relationships with dealers, distributors, resellers, system integrators, and key customers.

Conduct partner engagement activities, product discussions, and sales follow-ups.

Support partners with product information, pricing, availability, and schemes.

Resolve customer and partner issues related to pricing, delivery, stock, credit, payment, and support.

Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.

Lead pricing negotiations and high-value deal closures.

Track competitor activities and market trends.

Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to achieve business targets.

Review sales activities, customer follow-ups, quotations, closures, and CRM reports.
