Role Description The Manager – Business Development is a full-time, in office role based in Jorhat, responsible for driving growth for Skyros Solar’s solar EPC and rooftop solutions. This role includes identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and managing relationships with residential, commercial, industrial,



and institutional clients, and nurturing partnerships with government and private stakeholders. The Manager will conduct market research, prepare and deliver proposals and presentations, and coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution aligned with customer requirements. Daily responsibilities also involve managing the sales pipeline, tracking performance against targets, overseeing the customer acquisition process, and representing the company at local events and meetings to promote clean energy solutions.
