Role Description The Laboratory Technician is a full-time, in office role based in Varanasi, responsible for performing routine and specialized diagnostic tests in accordance with established protocols. Daily tasks include preparing samples, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, documenting test results, and ensuring adherence to quality control and safety standards. The technician will assist in organizing laboratory workspaces,



labeling and storing specimens correctly, and supporting clinicians with timely and accurate test reports. The role also involves calibration and basic troubleshooting of instruments, maintaining inventory of reagents and supplies, and following infection control and biohazard handling procedures. Collaboration with other laboratory professionals and participation in ongoing training and process improvement activities are expected.
