Position: Learning & Development Specialist - Product & Brand (Office Location: Dwarka, New Delhi)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a charismatic, high-energy Learning & Development Specialist - Product & Brand to serve as the voice and face of our product line on stages across the world.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between product science and field motivation. You will be responsible for mastering our product portfolio, distilling complex features into powerful, memorable stories, and delivering high-impact presentations that inspire, educate, and drive momentum across our global distributor network.

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 desk job. Your cadence will center around high-leverage presentation moments - delivering live keynote addresses at international conventions, conducting weekly high-converting webinars, and leading regional product showcases.

Key Responsibilities:

1) High-Impact Stage & Virtual Delivery:

Deliver commanding keynotes, product launches, and feature demonstrations at international conventions, regional summits, and corporate expos.




Host high-cadence virtual events (e.g., weekly global Zoom presentations or live streams) designed to educate distributors and prospective customers.
Maintain an infectious level of energy and stage presence capable of captivating thousands of attendees live or online.

2) Product Mastery & Storytelling:

Deeply study and understand the science, features, advantages, and competitive positioning of all current and upcoming products.
Translate complex product details and direct-selling business concepts into simple, persuasive, and easily duplicable narratives for field members.
Collaborate with the R&D; and Marketing teams to ensure all presented content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with corporate strategy.

3) Precision Time & Crowd Management:

Master the art of the concise, high-impact pitch - delivering maximum value and excitement within strict, limited time slots (e.g., 15–30 minute stage
