Eligibility and requirements

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
An AI-first mentality and hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, or GitHub Copilot are required.
Foundational programming and database knowledge, including SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel, is required.
Strong communication, problem-solving, learning agility, accountability,



and cross-functional collaboration are required.

Key responsibilities

Administer, configure, test, and maintain enterprise legal and compliance applications.
Manage data integrations, batch processing, access controls, and user administration.
Troubleshoot issues, resolve tickets, and support software release management.
Analyze legal processes, document functional requirements, and support application enhancements.
Support automation workflows and regulatory and audit readiness.
Collaborate with business users, compliance specialists, developers, and QA teams.

Technical and soft skills

AI productivity tools, SQL, Python, APIs, system administration, Microsoft Excel, enterprise platforms, requirements documentation, communication, and learning agility.
