Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a solid pipeline of prospects across residential, commercial, and lifestyle projects.



The role includes managing client relationships, conducting meetings and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals and negotiate terms. Daily responsibilities involve market research, tracking industry trends, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up consistently to convert leads into long-term clients. The Business Development Executive will work closely with leadership to meet sales targets, support strategic partnerships, and represent the brand professionally at client interactions and industry events.
