Digital Marketing / Growth Engagement: Part-time (approx. 10 hours per week)
Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and demonstrated results)

About the role

We are looking for a Personal Branding Specialist who can build, strengthen, and manage the skilled brands of founders, business leaders, consultants, entrepreneurs, and subject-matter experts.

The role goes beyond social media posting. The specialist will be responsible for understanding an individual's expertise, personality, audience, and business objectives, and translating them into a distinctive and credible personal brand.

The ideal candidate should combine brand strategy, storytelling, content strategy, social media, campaign management, reputation building, and analytics to increase visibility, authority, engagement, and business opportunities.

Personal Brand Strategy

Conduct personal brand discovery and positioning exercises.
Understand the client's expertise, experience, personality, values, audience, and long-term goals.




Develop a clear personal brand positioning, value proposition, brand voice, messaging framework, and communication style.
Identify areas in which the individual can establish thought leadership.
Conduct competitor and peer benchmarking to identify positioning opportunities.
Maintain consistency of the personal brand across digital and offline platforms.

Content Strategy & Storytelling

Develop content pillars aligned with the individual's expertise and target audience.
Build monthly and quarterly content calendars.
Convert the client's knowledge, experiences, opinions, and insights into compelling content.
Develop thought-leadership content including:
LinkedIn posts
Articles
Blogs
Short-form videos
Reels
Carousels
Newsletters
Case studies
Personal stories
Speaking content
Use storytelling techniques to make professional content engaging, relatable, and memorable.
Ensure content maintains the individual's authentic voic
