Key Responsibilities
100% visual weld inspection
Review WPS, PQRs, WQTRs, ITPs, and MTRs
Witness welding, fit-up, and dimensional inspections
Coordinate UT/MT inspections
Monitor galvanizing/coating inspections
Raise and manage NCRs
Prepare daily/weekly quality reports
Requirements:
AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) mandatory
8+ years of welding inspection experience
Experience in transmission towers, poles, substations, or heavy steel fabrication.
