About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Administrator/Executive to support our US Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will be based in Hyderabad or Bangalore and possess prior experience supporting US-based employees and consultants within the IT services, technology consulting, or staffing industry.



This role requires working US business hours, supporting our internal HR functions, and ensuring smooth onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and compliance activities. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining accurate employee data, facilitating HR processes, and providing exceptional support to our US-based workforce.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR administration or HR operations is required, with prior experience supporting US-based employees and consultants. Candidates should have a working knowledge of US employee onboarding procedures, personnel documentation, benefits administration, timesheet management, and HR compliance processes.
