About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Meta Ads Campaign Manager to oversee and optimize our advertising efforts on Facebook and Instagram. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing significant advertising budgets, developing innovative strategies to improve campaign performance, and driving measurable results that support our business objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance lead generation and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess 2-3 years of proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns independently,



demonstrating a strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms. Experience handling substantial advertising budgets and scaling campaigns successfully is essential. Candidates should have a solid knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), attribution models, and campaign optimization techniques. Solid analytical skills are required to interpret performance data effectively, alongside excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in German is considered an advantage.
