About The Role

We are seeking experienced Backend Java Engineers to join our Sustainment & Enhancement Squad. This role primarily involves supporting, maintaining, and improving integrations with Oracle Retail Cloud MFCS. The position offers an engaging mix of support-heavy tasks and development responsibilities, with a focus on ensuring the stability and performance of critical backend services. The successful candidates will work in a dynamic environment, troubleshooting complex issues, implementing fixes,



and contributing to system enhancements. This is a full-time remote opportunity open to candidates based in India, with shift timings available in the morning and afternoon shifts. Candidates should be comfortable participating in a shared on-call rotation and be available to join within 30 days or less.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess 4 to 7 years of professional experience in Java backend development and production support. A strong hands-on background with Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka is essential. Candidates should have a solid understanding of REST APIs, service-to-service communication, and distributed backend systems. Proficiency in SQL and relational databases is required, along with experience debugging and resolving production issues.
