Role Description This is a full-time, in office Salesperson role based in Taloja MIDC. The Salesperson will identify and qualify prospective customers, present and demonstrate gas detection solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Responsibilities include maintaining regular contact with existing clients, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate product information and timely delivery. The role also involves tracking market trends, participating in industry events, and preparing sales reports and forecasts to support business growth.
Qualifications




Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Solid communication and presentation abilities, including clear verbal and written skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Basic understanding of industrial safety, gas detection technologies, or related technical products (experience in hydrogen or H₂S sensors is an advantage).
Ability to manage pipelines, meet sales targets, and use CRM or similar tools for tracking leads and opportunities.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Engineering, Science, Business, or related field) or equivalent practical experience in technical or industrial sales.
Prior experience in B2B sales within industrial, manufacturing, or safety-related sectors is preferred.
