Role Description The Senior Customer Service Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District. This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the project lifecycle. Daily tasks include responding to phone, email, and in-person queries, tracking and following up on customer requests, and coordinating with internal teams such as project management, site engineers, and sales to address client concerns.



The role involves monitoring customer satisfaction, maintaining service records, and recommending process improvements to enhance service quality. The Senior Customer Service Executive also supports escalations, guides junior team members, and helps implement customer service standards aligned with company policies.
