We currently generate 800+ crore views every month, with kids and parents co-viewing our content at scale.
This gives brands a unique opportunity to reach families through content-led brand integrations, sponsorships and YouTube campaigns.
We are looking for an Agency Partnerships & Brand Solutions professional who can build strong relationships with media and creative agencies, bring relevant brand briefs to BabyBillion and turn those opportunities into revenue.
This is a high-ownership, revenue-focused role - not a traditional client servicing role.

What you'll do
Agency Partnerships & Business Development
Build relationships with media agencies, creative agencies and brand teams.
Develop strong connections across major agency networks such as GroupM, WPP, Dentsu, Publicis, Madison and others.
Build relationships with media planners, buyers, account directors, business leads and senior agency stakeholders.
Identify upcoming campaigns, briefs,



budgets and opportunities where BabyBillion can add value.
Generate meetings, briefs, proposals and new business.
Brand Solutions & YouTube Integrations
Understand brand objectives and translate them into relevant BabyBillion solutions.
Develop ideas for brand integrations, sponsorships and content-led campaigns.
Work with our internal creative and content teams to build compelling proposals.
Pitch solutions, negotiate commercials and close campaigns.
Take opportunities from initial brief through execution and closure.
Account Growth & Revenue
Own relationships with key agencies and brands.
Build repeat business and increase account value.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and forecast expected revenue.
Identify recent agencies, accounts and opportunities.
Take ownership of revenue targets.
